I am a commercial kitchen on wheels. I am totally self contained. Food is homemade and includes my Gypsy taco, Cuban sandwich, hand formed burgers, loaded nachos and fresh cut fries. I locally source my products and support small businesses and local farms. You can always find a vegetarian and gluten free option. I am available for catering also
