Grumpies started out with a very small food cart doing our local farmer's market and other small events as well as some catering events. In 2014 due to popular demand we upgraded to a larger cart and expanded our menu slightly. We now have a great following and many loyal customers who complain that they can't get our products often enough. We have now taken the big leap into a full size food trailer and will once again be expanding our menu.
Our menu currently consists of a sausage,egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an english muffin, a royal sammich, which is our signature fried bologna sandwich we debuted last year which has been a big hit for us, we also sell hotdogs with our own homemade coney sauce. Our customers say our sauce is the best in the business, that it is the perfect combination of sweet and slightly tangy. We worked on this sauce for six years to perfect it and we believe our customers when they say we have achieved that. We also sell brats as well as a barbequed fried bologna sandwich know as the firecracker. ( It will make you sweat a little). We also sell water, southern sweet tea (the real thing, not from a mix), pop and coffee. We plan to develop more signature sandwiches as we go along and hopefully add some fried items this year.
We keep our equipment clean and in immaculate condition and use only the freshest products available. Every sandwich we serve is our reputation! Please allow us the privilege of serving you and your attendees of your event. We promise, we won't let you down!
