The Hagood Mill Historic Site is home to an operational 1845 grist mill in addition to historic cabins, a blacksmith shop, a cotton gin, and the South Carolina Petroglyph Site. We have special events every third Saturday when we grind our grits and specialty flours and host a variety of living history demonstrators, including but not limited to: millers, blacksmithers, moonshiners, potters, quilters, weavers, bowl diggers, chair caners and broom makers. We also have artisan craft markets on these third Saturdays and live music.
