Heart of Hope- The Caralynn Titter Foundation aims to support, serve, educate, and assist pediatric heart transplant families before, during, and after transplantation. Heart of Hope will work directly with hospital personnel to help meet the needs of families facing the challenges of pediatric heart transplantation. Heart of Hope has applied for recognition of exemption under section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code to become a registered non-profit corporation in the State of Pennsylvania. It is not the intent of this foundation to provide or replace professional medical advice.
