Helen Maguire, Toronto, ON

My name is Helen Maguire. I am an artist. I work in mixed media. I create image transfers created from my own photos, using photoshop, acrylic paints, mediums and self leveling gel. The images are of people, places and things I have seen on my travels. Sometimes the photos are abstracted and sometimes realistic. The photos are transferred onto wood panels. I have attended classes at Toronto School of Art, Haliburton School of the Arts, Art Centre Sarasota 
and AGO.
