In 1971, Hey Mon (Errol) and wife Dianna Started their first Restaurant, Dianna's West Indian Foods in Wash, DC. First of its kind in the Nation's Capitol. They also owned three other restaurants including one in Harbor Place in Baltimore, MD.
In late 1980’s, they made history in West Virginia by opening the first successful Caribbean Restaurants in the Charleston area. In late 1990s they wrote a cook book and began packaging the recipes used at the restaurants. In 2000 they moved to Florida and made the products available, thus making it possible for all to simply and easily prepare the same dishes served in their restaurants.
