Higbee Honey was founded in 2019 by Michael Higbee after becoming a beekeeper two years previous. After realizing that honey straight from the hive was unbelievably superior to what he had always found in the store, he decided to grow his apiary in order to produce larger volumes of honey to offer his growing local customer base. Now, Higbee Honey provides nine varieties of pure, raw, unfiltered gourmet honey to discerning honey consumers.
