Hog-It-Up BBQ is a Professional BBQ team who also vend and cater many events throughout the region VA, MD and WV. With two Mobile food trucks we stay very busy making sure folks have great Texas BBQ year round. Some of the items on our menu include: Texas Brisket (smoked 17 hours), Texas Style Dry Rib spare ribs (caramelized at the last minute for that little crunchy tender smoky taste that people love, Pulled Pork, Sweet Tea Chicken (Brined in real Arizona Sweet tea and hickory smoked to perfection with our award winning rubs & we have all the fixins to compliment our BBQ.
