Hog-N-Sauce is an on-the-rise food vendor/catering business specializing in Stuffed, Smoked Pork Tenderloin served with our own homemade, gourmet sauces, featuring our famous Blueberry BBQ, Chili Verde, and Orange-Cumin Sauces!. (Have an idea for a sauce?... We can make that!) We also offer other delicious menu items, including smoked pork kabobs, smoked pork sliders, smoked pork chowder, grilled corn-on-the-cob, "Giant Cream Puffs", and more, with new items being added all the time. Our unique menu and personal service would be a great addition to any event.
We can also customize a menu for your event... Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks and Desserts... Putting our own magic touch into anything, from Brie to Brats and Crackers to Caviar.
