The product, which I would like to sell on your market is called “KEBABCHE”. Kebabche is made for first time in Bulgaria and pretty fast became unique traditional fast food. With the time Kebabche became popular in Eastern Europe with all different names: cevapcici, kofte etc. Kebabche is a grilled meal prepared from fresh mix pork and beef, seasoned with red pepper, salt and KIMION ( American Cumin). The item can be prepare in all defferent temperatures- medium, medium well and well done. The item has kind of cylinder shape and will be sold on bread rolls with choice of different sides.
