Meet Beau and Elise

Beau is the "Brains" behind Hungry Bear Mini Donuts. He brings a wealth of experience from the restaurant and hospitality industry. Having owned and operated a restaurant for 14 years, and growing up in the business, Beau knows what it takes to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. His expertise ensures that every mini donut and coffee drink we serve meets the highest standards of quality and taste. With the presence of a BIG bear, but the heart of a teddy bear, Beau is the friendly face you'll see making sure everything runs smoothly.

Elise has always had a sweet tooth for donuts, which inspired the creation of Hungry Bear Mini Donuts. She manages a real estate brokerage in Westminster and has been successfully selling real estate in the Denver metro area for over five years. Elise's dedication to customer service and her knack for building lasting relationships are at the heart of our business.  Known as “Mama Bear” for most of her life, Elise brings warmth and care to everything she does and gives the best Bear Hugs!

Our Bear Cubs

Our blended family keeps us busy with four kids! Our beloved Bear cubs, ranging in age from 11 to 2 years old, inspire us every day and are a big part of our Hungry Bear family.

We love spending time hosting get-togethers with friends and family, always with delicious food. Whether it's traveling, trying new restaurants and neighborhoods, attending sporting events, or enjoying festivals, we cherish every moment spent together and with our community.
