Inspired by Japan's 14th Shogun, Tokugawa Iemochi (pronounced, "ee-eh-moh-chee") a historical figure known for his sweet tooth and love of candy – emerges Iemochi Japanese Confections.
We bring that same passion to Minnesota, crafting small-batch treats that's equal parts playful and purposeful. From furutsu ame glossy sugar candied fruits on a stick (Japan's take on China's tanghulu) to colorful konpeitō sugar stars and other authentically sourced delights, every bite connects you to centuries of tradition.
