Ilan's Raw Chocolate was founded in 2016 by Ilan & Merav in Northern Israel. Focus on vegan, raw, healthy dark chocolate with a remarkable fruity taste and amazing soft texture. Sourced from the Amazon in Peru, Criollo variety of cacao is some of the finest in the world, used only in about 5% world-wide production of chocolate. 70%, vegan, GF, KF, no refined sugars used. All organic and hand-crafted.
