The Plant City Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Cultural Arts Festival is gearing up for its Annual MLK Festival January 16 – 19, 2026. The Improvement League of Plant City, Incorporated, a 501c3 host this event.

The Plant City MLK Festival is a 4 day cultural event held in Plant City during the month of January that features a number of activities. Timed to coincide with the national holiday commemorating the life of the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., the Festival provides an all-inclusive setting in which citizens of every ethnic background can experience and celebrate the contributions of African Americans in Plant City and Eastern Hillsborough County.
