DeAndre' Nixon, founded iN Education, Inc. in 2006 to provide innovative programming to students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds in the Northeast Ohio corridor. He combined his passion for education with his belief in the transformative power of self-knowledge. iN Education's programming is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in their personal and professional lives. Our Mission: As a youth development NPO, we guide youth through programs and services that address social-emotional learning, coaching, and mentoring. We teach transferable skills necessary for success in the workforce, provide guidance and resources, encourage continuing education, and highlight the connection between education and individual creativity. We offer career-awareness/training programs and art-focused activities and events, along with our original e-publications on educational topics.
