In-Weave opened for business in August 1990 in downtown Hawarden, Iowa. We made rugs using all new materials (corduroy, cotton, loopers) and sold our rugs/runners & place mats in our store as well as at craft & art shows. Since then we have expanded and now have 4 downtown buildings, chock full of fabric, along with 12 looms. We specialize in custom orders and have widths ranging from 20 inches wide all the way up to 8 x 12 area rugs. We primarily use "trimmings" which is a by-product of the upholstery industry. These are textured, colorful,and all in current color combinations. And of course machine washable!! Even the largest sizes can be washed in the 70 pound large commercial machines.
We also have over 200,000 yards of fabric, all at 60 to 75%+ off regular retail prices. Fabrics include: taffeta, organza, drapery, upholstery, cotton, fleece,extra wide fabric, denim, duck,twill, and so much more.
