2020 Blahs

In this bit of down time though we’d add a blog entry. With so many gigs and events still being cancelled, it’s difficult keeping up enthusiasm. Even with virtual events happening, it’s just not the same. There’s energy in live interactions that just isn’t captured in live streams or processed video.

So this is just a word of encouragement to everyone that better times are ahead and hopefully everyone is using this time to brush up on your skills as an artist, whether it’s expanding your repertoire or practicing your playing or singing! Learn a new genre or style to keep yourself growing as an artist.

Aloha East Coast!!

Aloha East Coast!!

Excited to join Festival Net and post our offerings on this blog. Hope to make some beautiful music here and network with lots of musicians and bands. If you’ve ever uprooted and moved, you know it’s difficult to re-establish in a new location without the help of some friends.

We had the awesome opportunity to live in Hawaii for five years and to play with and start a band there. Obviously it was great playing at several resorts and scenic venues so we need to play at yacht clubs and other establishments on the water to keep that vibe alive. The only downside was cleaning the sand out of your gear. 


Enough for now! Hoping everyone stays healthy and safe during this corona virus pandemic. Keep your head up and keep practicing until the coast is clear.
