We run a concession trailer with shaved ice, non-alcoholic frozen drinks, hand dipped ice cream, ice cram novelties, and miscellaneous carnival/fair type foods.
Our new trailer is 8 x 20 and decorated to look like a 1950's diner/drive in. We now have the ability to do several food items at one time, plus a larger ice cream freezer.
