Using only the finest ingredients we make our Jambalaya fresh on site in a Louisiana Style Cajun Cast Iron Pot. Along with our Jambalaya we serve All Beef Hot Dogs and Italian Sausages and Nachos and Cheese Dip. Our Cheese Dip is hand made from two kinds of meat and only Velveeta cheese, plus some other great ingredients. It goes great on Nachos, Hot Dogs or our Famous Johnsonville Italian Sausages. We serve the greater Southeast from Kentucky to Florida and as far West as Texas.
