This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the Jackson's Mill Jubilee. This annual heritage festival takes place Labor Day Weekend, August 29-31, 2014, at the historic West Virginia University Jackson's Mill in Weston, WV. This year's theme will be “Then and Now.”
