JAKDD was formed from the grit of the Motor City. The hard rock band was started by twin brothers Jonathan and Alexander Duncan, along with Kevin Wilson in 2005, under the name Next Gen. From the very beginning the band chose to follow its own path inspired by the Original Motown Sound, Motor City rockers such as Ted Nugent and White Stripes.
