James has had many years of stage experience and has toured the East Coast since the early 2000's, playing at State Fairs, festivals, and a variety of other venues and establishments. His band competed at the Battle of the Bands at Runaway Country in Wickham Park in Melbourne, FL which featured artists such as Miranda Lambert. LOCASH, and Jake Owen. He is a talented guitarist and and loves to add in his own finger-picking flair to spice up the arrangement of any song.
Lisa has been singing with in choirs and with her family since childhood. She is the oldest of eight children in a family who has performs Handel's Messiah in churches and other venues. She sang in and won multiple 4-H talent contests, was a part of 4-H chorus, sang in churches on the worship team and in choir for 30+ years, and has performed in and directed plays for community, her church, and her homeschool group. Lisa plays percussion, keys, and mandolin, loves to sing melodies and harmonies.
James and Lisa have been married for a little over two years, and together are creating a new sound and taking their music in a new direction. They have been worship leaders at Sonrise Fellowship Church of God in Lincoln, IL, and currently serve on the worship team at Branson First Assembly of God in Branson, MO. They released their first studio recorded album, My Place in Your Story, on July 10th, 2024, which is available on all platforms.
James and Lisa sing and play a variety of music., including originals and covers. Their style ranges from country to gospel to rock. They can perform live music together with just James on the guitar, although Lisa often brings in another instrument, such as percussion, keys, and mandolin When performing their original music they often supplement with backtracks. For larger occasions they bring in other band members for that full band sound. They have their own sound system and can bring in everything you need to make your event great!
