Introduction
Ding Xin Gift & Craft Co., Ltd is a professional metal gifts manufacturer. Our products are mainly made of zinc-alloy, aluminum alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel,etc. Presently, the company integrates all departments such as product design, mold tooling, die-casting, stamping, polishing, assembling, coloring, epoxy coating, package, and independent quality control. Now we have production equipments as follows,
1. Mold tooling equipments: 5 units CNC die carving machine,2 units 3-D die carving machine, 4 units electric discharge machine, 2 units grinding machine,4 units milling machine,1 unit lathe,10 units drill press, 5 units tapping machine,etc.
2. Molding machines:5 units Zinc alloy die casting machine of 88T/138T/160T, 4 units aluminum alloy die casting machines of 160T/280T,several 500T oil hydraulic press machines, 6~25T punching machines, mini-punching machines, mini-drill press and automatic Japanese fine mini- punchers.
3. Other fabricating machinery: several polishing machines, some hand drill-press, hand punching machines, 30 units electronic ovens and so on.
4. The company has also acquired DISNEY certificate and global movie certificate. All departments are using computer related information for management system.
5.All the raw & auxiliary materials have passed environmental testing, and lead volume is within the 90PPM.The products meet the requirement of European standard ROHS, Japanese standard NE71, Lead & cadmium -containing and other elements for environment of American Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
