We have catered many events over the years and purchased a concession trailer in August 2012. Since that time we set up as a vendor for the Chickasaw Nation Festival in Oct, 2012 for 12000 event goers, Pink Friday in Tishomingo for 4,000 participants, Take it to the Skies in April, 2013 for 8,000 participants. We enjoy meeting new people and quality customer service. Festivals and events are reflected by the vendors they select and we wil do all we can to make sure the customers are served quickly and with quality food. Our trailer is health inspected and approved. We abide by health rules both for regulation and to ensure food preparation is high quality and safe to eat.
