Jewelry by Marifran started when I, a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, was sidelined after knee surgeries. During my convalescence, I came upon Jewelry Television. I was fascinated with Jewel School! The rest is history. I started ordering and following web classes and jewelry DVDs. I wanted to make one-of-a-kind jewelry from semi precious stones. I moved into wire and free form designs and lately I have incorporate sea shells and clay into my bolos and "Classy Closures".
