Upon retiring in 2003 I returned to my art work which I abandoned to raise a family. I started painting again, but found I was interested in a more hands on medium . I took some fusing classes and purchased a kiln. I was off and running! Since then I have produced many pieces of fussed glass art. I have coupled this with precious metal jewelry classes and jewelry making.
Recently I started the journey of learning to show and sell my art. I was just accepted in the ArtTrails fall show and continue to work on other events.
My goal is to secure a place in juried shows and begin to sell my art work. I am currently exploring arts and crafts shows and festivals as well as art contests.
