We are the dynamic mother and daughter duo of Joan Flemer Campbell and Jamie Campbell VanPelt. Between the two of us there are 45 years of jewelry making experience. We decided a few years ago to turn a well loved hobby into a jobby! Thus Horizons Blue Jewelry was born. Together we create beautiful pieces of jewelry for others to love and appreciate as much as we do.
