About the Johnstown Historical Society The Johnstown Historical Society is a 501(3)(c) organization. The Society is operated solely by volunteers, grants, and monetary donations. The Stitches in Time Quilt & Craft Fair is the Society's largest annual fundraiser. All proceeds are used to conduct the Society's business and for renovations and improvements to the Historic Parish House and Museum and other community programs.
