As an artist/Crafter I create leather character masks in the old style of Commedia del Arte (roughly 15th century Italian) Each mask is made of a single piece of leather which is wet and hammered over a form (of my own design) to create outlandish characters that are recognizable from a distance. They are all hand done, including all dying and finishing. I can also do demos and longer classes in this work.

I also create leather crowns from brightly colored childrens crowns to more stately headwear for Kings and Queens and foolish crowns for their Jesters.

I am an artist (primarily a sculptor/fabric artist) that has been working in leather  since 1981. For several years leather has been my principal medium of preferance.
