Kevin Adams and his team Voices of Praise are a Professional music ministry that strives to be cultured and diverse, not limited to denominations, nations or race. Very passionate in their musical creativity Kevin and his wife Crystal strive for musical excellence in every genre.
Kevin started Voices of Praise in his high school Vaughan Secondary School in Vaughan Ontario in 2002. The choir was put on hold for over a decade and he re-started the ministry in 2014.
On Oct 7th 2017 KAVP released their first full album called "One Church United: Phase 1" . They were nominated for "Choir/Group of the Year" at the Glass Awards held in Toronto, Canada in November of 2017. In February of 2019 KAVP was a winner at the Eddy Awards for the "Best Choir of the Year", which was hosted in Jacksonville, FL.
On Oct 31st 2020 KAVP released an EP called “Live at Global Kingdom” Which was recorded Live in Toronto, Canada at Global Kingdom Ministries.
Then On July 17th 2021 KAVP released their newest project called “For The Kingdom” featuring artists like “Papa San, Joshua Ali, Michael Manhertz, Jai Symone and MORE”. KAVP was later nominated for the Texas Gospel Music Excellence Awards in 2021 and 2022 for "Best International Group/Duo of the Year" & “Best Reggae Artist of The Year”.
In November of 2022 KAVP won Best World/ Reggae Song for “Best Thing” at the W.A.M awards out of Austin TX.
Then On March 1st 2022, Kevin Adams & Voices of Praise received a JUNO nomination for “Contemporary Christian/ Gospel Album of the Year” for their latest album “For The Kingdom”
KAVP just recorded their 6th album called Phase 2: The Redeemed Project and are looking to release it in the spring of 2025.
Kevin's desire is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through music as well impact communities abroad. VP hosts an annual event called “One Church: A United Worship Experience” to bring everyone together for a time of worship and praise. Their mission is to raise funds to educated families, friends and loved ones on Mental Health and how we can help support those in depression, dealing with mental disabilities, anxieties and the list goes on.
