Singer/songwriter/saxophonist Ken Francis Wenzel and his band Cross Kentucky are a five-piece alt-country/roots-rock band based in the Washington DC area. Experienced, professional, and festival-friendly, KW & CK play an energetic mix of well-known covers and catchy, fun originals that speak to the essence of life in Virginia and the Midwest. 

Comprised of DC-area professional musicians, Ken Wenzel & Cross Kentucky play at venues all over the DelMarVA region, from concerts at The Hamilton in Washington DC, to outdoor festivals like the Tarara Vineyards Summer Concert Series. to events like the 2015 World Police & Fire Games. Whether playing well-received songs from their recent release "...Beneath Potomac Skies", or covers of tunes by the likes of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Zac Brown Band, Crosby Stills & Nash, The Eagles, and other great artists, Ken Wenzel & Cross Kentucky has got something for everyone.
