Kenneth is the owner with over 25 years in the hospitality business. A chef graduate from Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Director of Food & Beverage for Hilton Brand Hotels as well as designing Sports Bar & Grills.
He has spoken at the National Restaurant and Bar conventions in Las Vegas.
We are a New York Style Hot Dog Cart that sells 100% Beef Hot Dogs in NY Dirty Water, Smoked Italian Chicken Sausage and Bratwurst.
We have also added for the summer, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade.
We do all types of parties, company outings, grand openings, fairs and festivals, or any other type of event.
