We provide food; really good food! We are New Orleans natives and bring a rich fusion of cajun and creole cuisine. We feature Seafood Gumbo, Andouille Jambalaya,Biegnets,Cafe Au Lait, Pralines, Candy Apples, and New Orleans Style Snowballs. Recipes handed down for generations allow festival goers to truly experience the Flavor of New Orleans, here. We miss what home used to be (before the levees broke) so we brought it here to share a piece of a soon to be lost culture with you! We believe fair goers should have good food at a fair price. We refuse to skimp on quality so the dishes are superb, filling, and priced within the family budget.
