What began as a “ladies’ night out” among five musical friends now pleases those young and young at heart with a distinctive blend of sweet harmonies and swinging rhythms. Ladies’ Night Out, a terrific female vocal jazz group, combines vintage jazz standards with blues, gospel, pop, and a touch of doowop thrown in for fun. They put on a lively show where the Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy meets the Boy from New York City, while Stars Fell on Alabama, and everyone gets In The Mood. Inspired by the Boswell Sisters and Andrews Sisters, Ladies’ Night Out brings a great night out for all who hear them.
