Las Aranas Spinners and Weavers Guild formed in 1971 to provided education and learning experiences for its members and to increase awareness of and appreciation for fiber arts. Sponsors two shows per year, the third weekend in March, Spiders' Market, a fiber arts sale, and in September, at the New Mexico State Fair, demonstrations and sales at Sheep to Shawl in the Dairy Barn. Both of these shows are in Albuquerque, NM.
