We cater anywhere for any occasion serving Kansas and the Midwest specializing in smoked meats served with homemade Bar-B-Q sauce! Concession trailer available to serve at any function! We serve smoked Beef, Pork, Country Style ribs, German Sausage, Turkey, all sandwiches served with or without our special homemade Bar-B-Q sauce. Also available are side dishes of Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, and a variety of Chips. Drinks are Pepsi Products and Ice Cold Tea.
