We offer a FREE EDUCATIONAL GOURMET DINNER. We teach people to cook healthy and clean. No oil, no salt, no water. Maximizing nutrition and cutting time in the kitchen by half the time. We come to events to meet people that want to make eating changes. We are sponsors of the Diabetes Association, Heart Desease Association and Food for Life.
