Professional Potter

 

 

Pottery studio creating functional and decorative pottery in the form of stoneware, raku, horsehair raku, salt, alternative raku, flashing and fuming and other methods of firing. Works are sold at the Main Avenue Galleria in Ocean Grove, NJ, Art Etc., Route 23, Hamburg, NJ and at shows throughout New Jersey, New York and parts of Pennsylvania. Classes given in wheel throwing and hand building as well as workshops.

           2010 – ARTSCAP (Arts Coalition of Asbury Park, NJ) Members exhibition.

        2011 – The Clay Place, Carnegie, Pennsylvania – Gallery Exhibition with The Potters

                   Guild of NJ

        2012 – SAMFA (San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts) – Electronic Exhibition at the

                   International Show

        2012 – Sally D. Francesco Gallery at Peters Valley – On Exhibition with The Potters

                   Guild – August 18 through October 21.

        2013 – Missouri State Western University (MWSU) Twin Cups Exhibition; March

2013 – Asbury Park, NJ Postcard Program. Postcards with artwork are distributed each

           month to all businesses throughout the City.

2014 – Artworks Gallery, Trenton, NJ. On exhibit with The Potters Guild of NJ from

           December 6 – 27th.

2015 – Interviewed at the Morristown Craft Show at the Armory by Consumer 411. To

           be aired on Consumer411 TV Show.

 

Accomplishments:

 

        Studio Potter Archive – Interviewed and featured in their blog – March 2012

        The Wonder Bar, Asbury Park, NJ. “Tillie” plate memorialized in their memorabilia

       case.
