My name is Lizzie Hagen, I started Liz Squared Designs to sponsor a child through Compassion International named Efua Appoh. I adopted her at the age of fourteen after talking to my parents. They were very proud of the step I wanted to take, but also believed I would need to earn the money to fully understand financial responsibility. Since I was too young to apply for a job, I started creating scrabble tile necklaces to sell at festivals!
