I have always been interested in crafts. Growing up my mother was always crocheting or cross-stichting. I had a little interest in it then, but I'm left handed so it made it very difficult for her to teach me. I pretty much gave up on ever learning how to be crafty.
About 15 years down the road, my friends started looming and crocheting... I started with the looms. It was fun, so I stuck with that for a while. The name 'Looney Loomers' started out as a joke. We were being goofy while looming and that's really what started the whole thing. We liked the name and decided we would make things and sell them, just to use the name 'Looney Loomers'.
Just recently I have learned to use the sewing machine and learning how to crochet.
