Hello, my name is Lorraine Gallagher. I am 61 years old, disabled from a stage 4 vaginal cancer. I started making my mosaic crosses a few years ago and sold them at different church bazaars around San Antonio. That was 5 years ago and I haven't done it since.Back then, I would go to the church and ask if they needed a vendor, and that was it. I am not sure what I need to be a vendor at this present time but if you can tell me what you need from me, I will be very happy to comply. I am looking forward to working with the local vendors and at Wonderland Mall.
About my crosses. They are all handcrafted. I first cut the wood then attach either tile or glass or a combination of the two. I then mix a sanded grout and apply it to the tile. I clean it up and finally I paint or spary a polyurethane to protect them. My crosses come in all shapes and sizes, from 8" long to 4ft tall. Upon request I can make them as big or small as a person likes.
