The Marshall Historical Society is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to preserve, protect and promote an awareness of Marshall's heritage. It owns three museums; the Honolulu House (Marshall's architectural jewel), the Grand Army of the Republic Hall and Capitol Hill School. It also sponsors the best Historic Home Tour in the Midwest as well as the extremely popular Christmas Candlelight Tour.
