Makua's Shave Ice, Martinsburg, WV

We offer authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice. We use Berkeley Springs water and organic sugar to produce our syrups. We also offer fresh Mochi, Caramel, Ice cream, li hing mui powder, and apple slices to use as toppings.
