Marci Heath, a retired public school teacher, has been making these beaded appliques for 2 1/2 years so that garments and other items may be embellished with metal and/or crystal beaded designs to create a more elagant look to everyday cloth items.. Art & craft shows and her website, www.sparkle-n-dazzle.com have been her main source of exposure to the public.
