My wife and I wanted to become our own bosses once we retired. After many hours of pondering and because we like the food industry we thought, why not a food truck. I was in the Marine Corps and a nick name for a Marine is “Devil Dog” our food truck name was derived from that spin. We serve, obviously, hot dogs, bratwurst and Italian sausage, burgers, Philly cheese steak, chicken sandwiches and, upon request, seafood can be included
