Mark Pearson brought music to life and life even before becoming a member of The Brothers Four in 1969. Pearson has also enjoyed a solo career with a signature style both professional and personal that brings people to their feet and sometimes tears as they recognize their own experiences in his music.
Pearson lightens the mood and delights any audience with his many varieties of banjo playing from bluegrass to ragtime. He has also sung for over forty-five years with his friend, Mike McCoy. Their abiding friendship is found on two special albums, "Betwen Friends" and most recently "Between Old Friends," and is shared every time The Brothers Four perform since McCoy joined the group in 2004.
A seasoned, passionate performer, Pearson continues to sing his many songs and tell his many stories with the spirit of a seeker forever finding his way home.
