Mary Teeter designs and hand sews all the buttonwork art pieces. Her husband, Terry, crafts the frames of antique woods. Mary comes to the fiber arts from a New England quilting and sewing tradition. Now retired, she has returned to artistic roots of wry humor and craftsmanship with folk materials. They live on a farmin Pennsylvania. Her original designs are intended to bring smiles or thoughts of recognition and connection.
