Jill Taylor & Karen Berg (owner/operators) of "Meat in the Middle". Karen is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College, a certified Chef & is ServSafe certified. Jill is a lifelong "foodie" with long bloodlines in the food & service industry. A former Food Service Director, deli owner, Chef & is also ServSafe certified. Together we have over 35 yrs. experience in food service.
