I am involved in the event planning for 1st year Festival Nomidico. I am personally responsible for obtaining green, eco-friendly food vendors for the event. The event will be held Columbus Day wknd (Oct 7, 8 & 9) in Culpepper, VA which is part of Rappahannock County. I also need to find a local ice vendor for the event who delivers as well. I am hoping to find resources & learn the best way to go about finding vendors that are dedicated to protecting the environment.
