I will no longer be a part of Phelps County Fair because CHARLES SMITH, for unknown reasons, has prevented me from returning to the fair again this year as a facepainter. My inquiries to him for a 2018 vendor space were IGNORED FOR MONTHS until he finally responded--only to tell me he allowed another facepainter in this year! Although there were 2 facepainters there last year, and I was one of them, CHARLES SMITH decided he will only allow one this year! It seems as if CHARLES SMITH has his own agenda, nepotism maybe, or bias? He is projecting a bias and negative image of the Phelps County Fair!
